Return & Refund Policy

At LazyKart.in, we aim to make returns and exchanges simple and fair for everyone in the supply chain — end customers, resellers, and brand partners. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a request.
1) Return & Exchange Policy
1.1 Universal Acceptance
We accept returns and exchanges in all genuine cases. Depending on your (or your buyer’s) requirement and eligibility, we will either refund the amount or provide an exchange as per the terms below.
1.2 Timeline to Inform Us
- You must inform us within 5 (seven) days from the date of delivery to the end customer.
- For faster resolution, please submit the request with order ID, clear photos/video (unboxing preferred), and issue description.
1.3 Commercials (Who pays for return shipping?)
A) Free Returns (Our Mistake)
- If the item we shipped is wrong, defective, or damaged on arrival (verified), we will:
- Arrange a reverse pickup at our cost, and
- Refund the full product value (or send a replacement), and
- Refund the return shipping cost (if self-shipped due to pickup unavailability; courier receipt required).
B) Change-of-Mind / No Longer Needed (Right Item Received)
- If the customer wishes to return despite receiving the right item in good condition, we will:
- Refund the product value (after QC approval), and
- Deduct a nominal flat return shipment charge from the refund amount or have it borne by the reseller/end customer (as applicable).
- The exact charge may vary by weight/pincode. If a flat fee is not available for your pincode, standard courier rates apply.
1.4 Return Conditions (Must Follow)
- Item must be in unused, undamaged condition, exactly as received.
- All original tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, freebies (if any) must be intact and returned.
- Use the original box/poly & properly seal the courier cover to avoid in-transit damage.
- Products failing QC (wear/tear, missing parts, signs of use) may be ineligible for refund/exchange.
1.5 Categories Not Eligible for Return
- Lingerie items
- Unstitched materials
- Lungis and related products
These are not returnable due to hygiene/sanitary and industry compliance reasons, unless the item is received wrong or defective (verified).
1.6 Damaged/Incorrect Items — Proof Required
- Please share a video or clear photos of the item (and outer packaging) within 1 business day of delivery for damage/shortage complaints.
- Keep all packaging until your case is resolved.
1.7 Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship
- We attempt a reverse pickup via our courier partners where serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your pincode, please self-ship via a reliable, trackable courier and share the receipt.
- For approved “Free Returns” cases, we reimburse reasonable courier charges against valid receipts.
1.8 Refund & Exchange Timelines
- Once the returned item reaches our facility and clears QC, we initiate:
- Refunds to the original payment method within 7–15 business days (bank/gateway timelines may vary), or
- Exchanges (reshipment timelines shared on approval).
2) Cancellation Policy
2.1 Online Orders
- You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
- Orders marked “Shipped/Dispatched” cannot be cancelled. You may raise a return request after delivery (as per policy above).
2.2 In-Store Purchases
- Cancellations are not allowed once the in-store sale is completed.
- We can help with an exchange or store credit within 7 days (unused condition + original bill).
2.3 Order Processing Notes
- Address changes or product edits are best-effort only and depend on order status.
3) How to Raise Return / Exchange / Cancellation
Please contact our support with the details below:
- Order ID and contact number
- Issue description and preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
- Photos/video showing the product & packaging (for damage/incorrect item)

4) Important Disclaimers
- Return approval is subject to adherence with the Return Conditions and successful QC verification.
- We reserve the right to deny or adjust refunds for items not meeting policy criteria.
- Shipping delays caused by courier or force majeure are beyond our control.
