🛍️ Orders & Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 3–10 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order ships.
2. How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we’ll share a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or visit track.lazykart.in (if applicable).
3. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes! We ship to most cities, towns, and PIN codes across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, DTDC, and India Post.
4. What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
The courier will make two delivery attempts. If both fail, the parcel will be marked as “RTO – Returned to Origin.” You can contact us to reship the order by paying a nominal re-delivery fee.
5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are accepted only before dispatch. Once your parcel has shipped, we can’t modify the address. Please double-check all details during checkout.
💳 Payments & Pricing
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods including:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Net Banking
- Wallets & Pay-Later options (if enabled)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for eligible PIN codes
7. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree. We do not store or have access to your card or UPI details.
8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most locations. However, certain heavy or high-value products may require prepaid payment to confirm dispatch.
9. What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it’s usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact our support team with your order ID and transaction details.
📦 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most items within 5 days of delivery. You may request a refund or exchange, depending on the case. Please read our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy for full details.
11. What if I receive a wrong or defective product?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please share photos or an unboxing video within 1 business day of delivery. We’ll arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement after inspection.
12. Who bears the cost of return shipping?
Free Returns: If the mistake is ours (wrong or defective item), we cover 100% of return shipping.
Customer Returns: For change-of-mind returns, a nominal reverse shipping fee is deducted or paid by the customer/reseller.
13. How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection. It’s credited to your original payment method.
14. What products cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable unless received in damaged or incorrect condition:
- Lingerie & intimate wear
- Unstitched materials
- Lungis and similar apparel
- Personal care or consumable items
15. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn’t been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you may request a return after delivery.

16. Are all items on LazyKart.in genuine?
Yes, every product listed is 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized distributors. We conduct multiple quality checks before dispatch.
17. What if an item I want is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, click on “Notify Me When Available” on its page. We’ll email or WhatsApp you once it’s restocked.
18. Do product images exactly match the delivered item?
We ensure all images are accurate, but minor color or packaging variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or brand updates.
👤 Account & Privacy
19. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and earn faster checkout access.
20. How is my personal information protected?
We use secure SSL encryption and follow the IT Act 2000 and SPDI Rules 2011 for data protection. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
21. Will you share my contact information with anyone?
We never sell or rent customer data. Your information is shared only with trusted logistics and payment partners for order fulfillment purposes.
